I maintain a general civil law practice, with emphasis on commercial or business litigation, general business and real estate law, oil and gas law, probate and trust litigation, and employment law. I have handled legal matters for my clients in each of the areas listed below.

The above notice is required by Rule 7.01 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct, and will be repeated after the description of each of the following practice areas as required by Rule 7.01. Legal specialization requires a concentration of practice. I enjoy handling a wide variety of legal matters, and thus I have not sought certification in any particular area.
